Mentoring Philosophy
Dr. Fantauzzo is actively engaged in mentoring and promoting an inclusive scientific research environment both within her own laboratory and throughout the University. She is deeply committed to her trainees’ research training and career development as independent research scientists and, as such, devises individual plans that address any weaknesses and expose them to several training areas critical for their development.
